GF Capital makes investments in properties leased to tenants in the commercial, residential and government markets.

Investment strategy seeks strong annual returns utilizing leverage over an approximately five-year holding period
   
We are expanding our investment scope into the opportunistic and value-added sectors given the current low interest rate environment, interesting values and our pipeline of deal flow in these segments of the real estate market.
   
Over $525 million of assets have been acquired to date
   


GF Capital's investment criteria will include properties that:

Are operationally essential (tenant relies on property for revenues or mission-critical operations)
   
Are well-located in diverse geographic markets
   
In the case of commercial and government-tenanted properties, are general-purpose facilities suited for commercial as well as single corporate users
   
Were built within the past 10 years or have been extensively renovated
   
Are leased to good credit corporate, residential, government and other tenants
   
Have 10-year or longer lease maturities, but may include properties (such as residential properties) with shorter-term leases that demonstrate good potential for renewal and appreciation
